Dog days of August
Can you believe August is almost over already? It’s hard to believe! It’s been a cool summer here in Indiana but it’s finally warmed up though nothing like Florida!
Though it was hot in Florida, I am thankful the Lord allowed me the opportunity to return to Pensacola this past weekend. Not only was I able to attend the wedding of a friend but I also had the chance to attend 2 services at Point Baptist Church, my sending church. It was a blessing to hear Pastor Tim preach the word of God and see some dear friends. I am thankful for their support and encouragement as I prepare for Togo.
Earlier this month I posted that my goal for the month was to reach 50% of my support by the end of the month. I am happy to report that I am now 43% supported! With 10 more days left in the month I just need $125/month to reach my August goal. Would you please prayerfully consider joining my team and helping me reach this goal?
